3 Things to Do 24 Hours Before Our Coaching Call

1) Fill out the Coaching Questionnaire 24 Hours Ahead
This way I am up to date on your progress and we can save time and get right to work on your Next Steps in the Call.

2) Post Your Pictures in your Private Facebook Album  Click HERE
Post 10-20 photos including  “Before & Afters”  in your Private Facebook Album before our Zoom Coaching Session. That way I have time to review them beforehand and get ideas for you.

3) Do Your Training Homework.
Watch the assigned video(s)  or book reading so you are well prepared. Highlight or take notes on what you want to remember and apply to your life from now on and be ready to share one new tip or habit you are applying.
